Julie DeLuca, MBA

Julie DeLuca, joined TajiCo in 2011 after a career that spanned Accounting, Banking and Commercial Leasing positions with CIT, Concord Commercial Corporation and American Bank and Trust.  She is skilled at loan and lease negotiations as well as accounting and operations.  Julie currently acts as HR and Accounting Manager for multiple government services companies and as bookkeeper for a mid-sized construction company.


Julie earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Franklin and Marshall College where she was the Recipient of the William H. Hager Business Administration Award and went on to earn an MBA in Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Carolyn S. Troiano, MPS

Carolyn began her career in the hospitality industry progressing from front desk management to working as a hotel and resort valuation analyst for Pannell Kerr Forster and RevPar international.  She also provided order fulfillment and back office bookkeeping services for a portfolio of small women-owned businesses.  Most recently, she acts as Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager for several growing government contractors in Northern Virginia as Accountant for a retail chain and also operates Creative Occasions, a customer printing service in Northern Virginia that specializes in Wedding, Party and Holiday invitation printing.

Carolyn earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania and then a Master in Professional Studies degree from Cornell University's renowned Hotel School.  Carolyn is a member of the Cornell Society of Hotelmen and a past member of the board of the Lowes Island Country Club.

Michael J. Troiano, MBA

Mike Troiano, is a 30-year veteran of the finance and accounting trenches. With experience and skills in Accounting, Finance, Security and Investor Relations; he has successfully helped start and fund companies; defined and implemented strategy; handled M&A due diligence; and managed Accounting, Payroll, IT and Human Resources functions for organizations ranging from the Fortune 500 to start-ups to manufacturing companies. Mike earned a BA in Physics from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA in Finance and Quantitative Methods from the Johnson School at Cornell University.  

He is a Member of the I-270 Industrial Security Awareness Council, Financial Executives International and the CFO Alliance and serves as the Treasurer of the Parklawn Sailing Association, and is a past Chairman of Satellite Federal Credit Union.  He is an avid sailor,  Special Olympics Powerlifting Coach and is a past BSA Scoutmaster and committee member.
